When booking one you'd need to let us know which of our services you have in mind (fitting, sanding, repair or maintenance), how big the area in question is approximately and where are you located in London.

During the booking process you could pick a time slot suitable for your schedule and if any need arises you could call us and change your appointment for another day. Don't worry if you forget we are coming, we would always contact you the day before to ask for confirmation.

When our surveyor is in place he would take detailed measurements, inspect your floor (parquet, engineered wood, hardwood, laminate), sub-floor (plywood, concrete, OSB, old wood boards, plastic), fitting type (like glue, nailing down, click system, tongue and groove, floating system), type of underlay, type of floor finish (lacquer or oil), room moisture (complete moisture measurements are done during the installation process), other factors would be whether the area is above ground, does the house have foliage next to the outside walls. The existence of an inside and/ or outside insulation could also play a major role in the quality of your current wood flooring and the future one.

You could share your idea of what you want to achieve as an end result with the area in question and our surveyor would advise you on the appropriate actions for best results. If you are worried about being unable to move your furniture our from the area on your own don't fret we could offer that as an additional service.

If you are struggling to calculate what quantity of each flooring you might need, what other products you will need to have like adhesives, rollers, oils or lacquers, or additional accessories like skirtings, mouldings, underlay, skirting boards and other pesky little things that are often overlooked then this offer is for you!

Keep in mind though this offer comes free only for areas above 50 square metres.

It would be your choice whether you accept our quote or not and then we have to do the fitting and finishing.

If by any chance we have included more materials than you needed we can take them back and refund you for them 100% but they have to be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
